Shipping & Returns

Delivery within Germany is free of charge and fully tracked. Your order usually arrives within 2 to 7 working days. As soon as it is on its way, we send you the tracking link by e-mail.

We ship from warehouses within the EU, so there are no customs duties or import charges.

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Returns are free of charge, even if you have simply changed your mind.

Please let us know before you send anything back, via the withdrawal form or by e-mail to care@sterkstory.com. We will then send you a free return label so that we can match your parcel to your order.

Please return the item within 14 days of your withdrawal, ideally in its original condition with tags, dust bag and accessories. If it has been used beyond the kind of inspection that would be possible in a shop, compensation for any loss in value may apply.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply register your return via the withdrawal form and place a new order for the model you would like. The return is free of charge.
