What sizes do you offer?
Every piece runs XS through XXL. If you're between two sizes, order the larger one — our cuts sit relaxed rather than tight. Full measurements in centimetres are on our Size Guide.
How long until my order arrives?
Each piece is made after you order it: 2–7 business days in production, then 3–7 business days in transit within the EU. Most orders land within two weeks.
Can I exchange it if the size doesn't fit?
Because each piece is printed for you individually, we can't offer free size swaps. Please check the Size Guide before ordering — or email care@sterkstory.com with your usual size and we'll recommend one. You do keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; details on Shipping & Returns.
What if my piece arrives damaged or misprinted?
We replace it free of charge. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — you won't need to send anything back.
What colours are available?
Black, white, red and green — the colours of the Kurdish flag, with contrasting trim and pattern work.
How do the three styles differ?
- Half-sleeve tee — lightweight, for everyday and warm weather.
- Full-sleeve tee — same fabric and patterns, with full-length sleeves.
- Sweatshirt — heavyweight and warm, for colder months.
How should I wash them?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Don't tumble dry or iron directly over the printed pattern — this keeps the colours sharp for years.
Are the patterns authentic Kurdish designs?
Yes. Every design is built from real Kurdish textile motifs rather than generic graphics. More on our Our Craft page.
Where do you ship?
Germany and across the European Union. No customs fees apply within the EU.
