Are your products authentic?

Yes — without exception. Every STERK piece is sourced exclusively through authorized European distributors and arrives with original branding, dust bag, and documentation where provided by the maison. If an item ever failed authentication, you would receive a full refund immediately.

Where do you ship from?

Our products ship from distribution centers within the European Union. No customs fees or import duties apply for EU customers.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days across Germany and the EU. Every shipment is fully tracked and insured, via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Can I return my order?

Yes. As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order — no reason required. Items must be unused with all tags, box, and dust bag, and returned via tracked courier. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

Do the bags come with original packaging?

Yes. Each piece arrives with its dust bag and original branding, and with authenticity cards or documentation where the maison provides them.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems.

Why are your prices lower than the boutique?

We operate without physical boutiques, and we source directly through authorized distribution channels. The savings belong to you.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
