Shipping

All STERK orders are shipped fully insured and tracked from distribution centers within the European Union, via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery (Germany & EU): 3–7 business days
  • Customs: No customs fees or import duties apply to orders delivered within the EU.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Should a shipment arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us at care@sterkstory.com within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging, and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Returns — Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

  1. Email care@sterkstory.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and your wish to return. Please initiate your return as early as possible within this window.
  2. We will confirm your return and send you the correct return address for the distribution center your order was shipped from. Do not ship a return before receiving this address — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed correctly.
  3. Ship the item back promptly using a tracked courier service (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Returns sent by untracked regular postal services cannot be accepted by our distribution centers.
  4. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the return.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and unworn, in the exact condition in which they were received.
  • All original attachments must be included: tags, box, dust bag, and any authenticity documentation.
  • Items showing signs of use or wear cannot be refunded and will be shipped back to you.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover everything.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
