Terms of Service — STERK

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through sterkstory.com, operated by Musallem Zito, Bisamkiez 2, 14478 Potsdam, Germany ("STERK", "we").

2. Contract Conclusion
By completing checkout, you place a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR and are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged or shown. Payment is due at checkout via the payment methods offered.

4. Delivery
We ship fully insured and tracked within Germany and the European Union, free of charge. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipments are fulfilled from distribution centers within the EU.

5. Authenticity
Every STERK piece is sourced exclusively through authorized distribution partners and is guaranteed authentic. Details are set out on our Authenticity page.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, conditions, and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).

7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Statutory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
